We want you to love your Friday Pattern Company experience, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on physical goods in their original, uncut condition. Please note that due to their nature, digital sewing patterns are non-refundable once downloaded.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your physical pattern or kit is unopened, uncut, and in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to our studio using your preferred tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
